Jeez talk about having one hell of a fight on your hands!

I got to the third boss before taking a break, dear god when the boss shows up its like an onslaught.

Totally agree if Inquisitor's tips. Upgrades and new units are fun, but the game drags out for quite a while. See if you can't refine that man.

Outstanding, its about time someone made a redux of Motherload.

But it's time to crack down on this and give it some HARD reviewing.

Graphics: Although it's in pixels, it just feels right for the game, it seems almost arcade-ish in gameplay, although a few other pixel effects, such as grinding some of the ores, may have been good aesthetic additions. 9.5/10

Gameplay: you could teach a little kid to play this game, it's so simple, even more so than motherload. However the fact theres a sort of storyline really gives a reason to play it in the first place. A few more missions would have been great though, i most of the time was over-upgraded for the jobs. 9/10

Other: The games upgrades are like a mirror of those in Motherload, as well as some of the controls and game aspects, you said you made this game as an inspiration from motherload, and you absolutely NAILED the feel of motherload in a completely seperate and unique game. Im rather suprised you didn't get a higher rating in the weekly place category. But thats not my decision.

OVERALL: You did VERY WELL, you obviously worked hard and you got a 4.5/5, 9/10 from me. This coming from a rather hardcore gamer, you should be VERY proud of yourself.

Now onto reccomendations, if you ever feel as though you want to make a sequel.

-MAKE IT LONGER!
-Add more upgrades, try not to just make a game thats an EQUAL to motherload but tops it. Motherload had inventory items like teleporters and reserve fuel tanks. Perhaps you could start there?

Thats all i can suggest for you, Schulles, but otherwise you did a GREAT job!

Pretty darn solid, Got a 300 Hit combo in the end, though the story WAS in fat short, the upgrades were more diverse in this one, however.

Make the third (if you do make a third) Longer, it took me very little time to beat this one AND the original.

Nicely done Garin-dan, i can't believe you didn't get daily 1st prize for this! You went from a rather simple but classic and addicting Dungeon crawler to a proffesionally made, epic, and lets not forget, STILL classic dungeon crawler. Congrats on topping your own work sir!

I dont know why everyone is complaining...

Seriously guys? It's called 'Accepting the challenge' to those of you that thought it was too hard you obviously haven't played a difficult defense game.

To those of you who rated a 7 or higher, you get my approval. To those who rated below that... (Except for the guy under me, his reason for his score is legitimate.) You seriously must have not played any other defense game on a hard difficulty level.

Like Alex250 said, I agree that an upgrade system would have been nice... I mean really dude... if donald trump has ALL OF THAT CASH just SITTING THERE, why not just spend some of it on defenses?

Another thing I found odd was the crooks... They are ODDLY organized in this game... Usually its just a small group of them in a van, but COPTERS?! those goons mean serious business... you sure those crooks arent working for some criminal organization?

Anyway this was a pretty interesting game... I found the style defense a little clumsy though, Especially since the jetpack crooks sometimes pop in where the crusher cant catch them... that I found annoying.

Anyway pretty good game, if you make a 2nd one make sure to add an upgrade system and make it "more player friendly" to the list... because all the people that gave this a bad score really need that little extra help sadly...

A entenaining series that always hits the mark...

Now the 'This is the only level' series is a saga! i didn't really expect a third one! Thanks Jmtb02!

Each installment just gets better and better.

A good idea plagued with problems...

I do like the creature part of this game, i think thats a pretty neat idea...

However, there was a crap load of other things that really weighed this game down.

The haphazard load of places where enemies can seemingly jump about can be quite overwhelming, especially if those enemies have multiple routes they can take.

I also agree with some that the second evolution takes way too long to reach, upgrading the health of the base is also way too expensive without it being completely useless. You cant defend a heavily reinforced base if you dont have anything else to protect it!

The very first enemy you run into that can harm your creature seemed extremely overpowered to me... it almost wiped my creature out in a single hit, and it was the star being, to be specific.

Overall it was a good idea that fell apart due to not so good gameplay. I suggest an overhaul for the 3rd....

LOADS better than the first one...

The key thing I like about the sequel...

IT HAS A SAVE FUNCTION!!!!!

Even though you said it in the comments, i decided to emphasize it....

S.O.P.A = A backwards step in Goverment thought...

Dear government.

PLEASE stop thinking of bullsh*t like this and come up with something more USEFUL to the CITIZENS of the U.S.

Thanks for wasting precious time... Chuck norris is ashamed....

Hell, would COMMUNISTS even THINK of something like that?

Woah?! whats with these bad reviews?!

comon guys, this can't be THAT bad of a game, it's pretty decent, the test part of it is sucky though. Other than that it's pretty neat.
