Erm....

What the trio below me said. Change it up man, this is an exact copy of #2 and #1.

Weird....

But strangely intruiging, nice RPG concept here.

Amazing, This will ROCK you. (+ tips for players)

I just beat this game on armor games' website, started it while NG was dark yesterday.

Absolutely riveting. I died three times, ONLY three times.

This is a logical step forward for the series, make future installments modeled after this one!

The graphics are great, but even at the lowest settings things can still get laggy when there are large groups of zombies, just keep an eye on that Con-Artists.

Music is good, i like that tune that plays when theres a zombie ambush, just like how i liked the alien screetches in Outpost: Haven. They're a good warning system!

Gameplay is PERFECT. the fact you can go almost anywhere in the city is a good way to keep players glued.

The only thing that stunk, (Im not sure if this goes for the NG version as well.) is that apparently i couldn't save the two compainions I found in the middle of the game, when i tried, nothing happened. Anybody know if this is a bug or glitch?

Anyway, onto some tips for anyone who decides to play this game:

1: Keep the pistol you find until you get a decent melee weapon. (such as a plain baseball bat.)

-Powerful melee weapons:
-Mace
-Police Baton
-Fireman's Axe (hope i got the name right.)
-Battle Axe ( BEST MELEE WEP IN THE GAME, DONT TRASH THIS IF YOU GET IT!)

2: Once you get one, find a better firearm. Once this is done, discard your pistol.

3: ONLY use the firearm in DIRE situations, (such as in a massive zombie ambush. 6+ zombies, etc.)

4: Complete as many side quests as possible (Doing enough quests gets you a battle axe, which is an extremely powerful and handy melee weapon, it can easily reach dogs and crawling zombies.) KEEP THIS WEAPON WHEN YOU GET IT!!!!

5: Try to get silent, yet pretty strong firearms, (Spec ops type weapons, Etc.), these will really help you avoid getting swamped by all the zombies in a room or part of street you are at in later maps.

6: DO NOT THINK YOU ARE SAFE AFTER YOU BLOW UP THE WALL! immediately move forward, heck just RUN forward! Gun down anything that gets in the way!

Great game, hope these tips help you guys!

I have just gotten my FREAKING MIND BLOWN!!!!!

A mind blowing game, amazing graphics, perfect balancing, oustanding music....

...EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS GAME IS NEXT TO PERFECT!!!!!!

You sir have literally blown my logic out of the water.

Just watched Dot Dot Dot... Animated....

And yet this game is still good, Axeman13 must have been blind not to have noticed this wasnt a REAL game.... XD

Sets a new standard for Tower defense games!

Now THIS is a defense game!

Graphics: Excellent, as well as perfectly balanced. The graphics arent so good that my computer starts to lag considerably, but also not bad enough to make me want to stop playing the game altogether, excellent compromising here, Bro! 14(10+4 bonus)/10

Balancing: Absolutely perfect, you introduced new types of enemies at just the right times when I was ready for them without getting overwhelmed. The enemies in each wave were also well mixed and made it difficult enough to keep my eyes peeled on what was going on. A perfect defense game never makes you think that you can sit back and watch the fireworks, and if this isnt such an example I dont know what is. 12(10+2 bonus)/10

SFX and Music: Pretty solid, the only complaint I have here is that I can barely hear when some enemies, such as the orcs, die when theres a whole bunch of other action going on, doesn't affect the score here though. 10/10

Gameplay: This is my favorite part of this game in particular. The major thing I like is that you have barracks in this game. If I remember correctly, there isnt a single other defense game, if not very few others, that have buildings that train melee units in them that are as good as Kingdom Rush. The tactical and campaign upgrade systems seemlessly fit into this game as the upgrades help a boatload in later levels. (BELIEVE ME, IT CAN GET MESSY WITHOUT THEM!). I strongly urge you to leave the campaign upgrade system alone as much as you can if you're planning on a sequel because it is perfect the way it works in this game. 15(10+5 bonus)/10

Storyline: Even though it's not obvious in the beginning, where I stopped at the first time through this game (at the seige of Linirea) I knew there was one. It seems pretty in depth where I have gotten, so no complaints here. 10/10

Miscellaneous: One thing I found neat and a little funny (the "HA HA!" kind of way.) is that you can fool around with some of the scenerey. If you click on a windmill you can have it stop spinning, click on a sheep and it makes a noise. My only question is why did you decide to put that in? Because I think it gives this game a little character. +3/+0

OVERALL: 64/50, Too bad I cant give anything over 10, because this game deserves AT LEAST a 13/10.

Way to start out strong, man. Dont dissapoint in the next installment!

Thanks a lot for the detailed review!! We love it!

Agreed with westy.

Great game, Whats not to love other than that pesky chicken?

Good, but just a few problems for me.

This IS a good game, I'll give you that.

Gameplay:
Gameplay was pretty straightforward, but i found this installment WAY too short. Hopefully a much longer one will be in the works soon. 8/10

Graphics, Music & SFX: Music had good quality, SFX were smooth, graphics were very fluid and detailed. I dont really think this game was that scary though, I found Foreign creature 1 & 2 a little more violent than this. 10/10

Miscellaneous: *SLIGHT SPOILER ALERT* Why did you guys have a fat lady in the game? Thats the only question from me. Although I did find using the scorpion tail on her quite funny, just for that alone I give a +1/+0.

9/10 from me. Hope the next installment is even better!

A game that wasn't quite ready for the world yet.

I think this game should have been worked a bit more on before you submitted it, Yes the upgrades are handy but they take forever to get enough money to buy. Also if you die you have to start all over again. You should have made a sequel that had a storyline to it along with more upgrades.

I also thought that thr removal of the life bar should have been AFTER the no power bar upgrade AND the quick shot upgrade. 8/10 from me.

Ummm.... Guys?

I dont know if anyone else has noticed this, but this game eerily reminds me of toss the turtle.

Thats mostly why I gave a 7, this reminds me WAY too much of toss the turtle, the only thing saving this game from getting a worse score from me is the fact there are passive abilities. Which I dont recall being available in toss the turtle. But everything else just makes me think WAY too much of toss the turtle. Sorry, but you borderline copied off of a true newgrounds game.

Now, before anyone reviews and tries to shoot down my view. Consider this, some of the objects you run into in this game are oddly similar to ones in toss the turtle, the only thing that isn't similar is that one object that makes you go the opposite direction. Shooting/hitting the guy you fling was also a Toss the turtle aspect. See where im getting my opinion from? I actually have PLAYED toss the turtle and this is just way too similar to that game for me to slap a 10 on this one and call it a day.
